Review: Taskmaster, “Lou Reed and the Wombles” | Series 21, Episode 4
In which the taskmaster decries racial harmony
It’s episode 4 of series 21 of Taskmaster, and we’re back in the studio with Amy Gledhill, who declares mustard “a spicy boy”; Armando Iannucci, who is a poet; Joanna Page, who is shockingly destructive; Joel Dommett, who is good at spinning; and Kumail Nanjiani, who says his name in the style of Roger Moore.
Taskmaster season 21, episode 4, “Lou Reed and the Wombles”
This is shaping up to be an outstanding Taskmaster season. Even the banter, with Taskmaster Greg Davies chucking a cup of water in Little Alex Horne’s face (“that is an unexpected erection”) is a cut above in this episode. There’s not a bad season of Taskmaster, but I’m definitely laughing a lot more than I did last season.
